No matter what I try, I just can't get Windows 12 to install.
In this I blame Microsoft. I feel sure that the problem is with them.

I will be "chatting" with them as soon as possible, to let them know of my disappointment.

The fault is in your Bios. Wipe the Bios and then try again.
