What Are The Chances Of Windows "vNext" Requiring An 11th Gen Intel CPU Or Greater To Be Installed Without Hassles?

Windows 11 v22H2 already has special (optional) security features which require Hardware CET, and that in turn is only available on Rocket Lake or later Intel CPUs...

So what are the chances that the currently-under-development "Windows 12" will ask for an 11th gen processor at the least to be installed without having to resort to weird patches and whatnot?

This would have to be based on what unique functionality is only available on post 11th Gen processors, and is essential for a planned feature of the New OS. 13th Gen processors are the present latest release and it may well be that the version on the release of the OS in several years time will have moved on further.

Only Microsoft can state what will be the case, and even this is unlikely to be set in stone at this stage of the development process

One limitation with current 64 bit processors is that MP versions tend to incur more overhead because of managing the concurrent multiple cpu's and the tasks running on them.

It can't surely be too long before we start seeing commercially priced domestic 128 bit CPU's, For proper VR, AI etc an inordinate amount of computer Horse power is needed. 128 bit cpu's can supply that in spades while also reducing the number of MP's needed to run things effeciently compared to 64 bit CPU's,
