Is there a software/ service that can integrate all these forums (7, 10, 11, 12, etc.) in one place so we can receive notifications and interact on the forums from one place?

Yeah, it's called a browser..., with Push Notifications enabled everywhere! It'll drive you nuts, though!

I turn off all emails and push notifications. I can't keep up that way, but it gives me peace of mind.

I should have stressed on the word 'integrate'. Browser doesn't do that.

Pretty sure windows questions was the website they wanted to do this with but there was issues with BING's search results or something. Might not have been that alone but yeah. Been there, tried it and here we are

I just bookmark 11 and 12 on my bookmarks tab and log in daily right now When I've not had time and had a quiet patch and I get a notification that someone's replied to a thread I had posted on I click the link.

But if you just log in your notifications are on the site anyway. I do get a lot of emails but most of them go in junk so they don't fill up my inbox - need to check settings. But I just log in anyway.

Yeah, I just keep a tab open for 10, 11 and 12.
The notification system at top right is sufficient for my purposes.

I use Edge and have the most popular sites I visit along the top so I just have to click on the one I need to visit and I'm here. I've been around since Windows 98 and every OS since then, the first few via the Microsoft Newsgroups and then, I think it was Vista, via the family here.

As soon as I log in, I wheel-click on each new notification to open chronologically in individual background tabs, then I attend to each one from oldest to newest, and I'm done.
Then I just hang out!

I don't know why you think that.
I doubt that forum staff will elaborate on their defences. Quite understandably.
