What will Windows 13 be called?

Windows 13 is the logical name, but using the number 13 can cause issues for some users. Could be Windows One, if they achieve a specific milestone like the one I hypothesized in a different thread. Windows 365 would be concerning though. or it could be Windows 12.1, and the next one is Windows 14

I wouldn't be surprised, but anyway the opposite neighbor wasn't afraid of releasing iOS 13 and everything went as fine as on other editions.

the opposite neighbor used the roman numeral X for it's tenth version, and used "XS" for the following model, then got shocked when everyone considered it overpriced and didn't buy it.

I don't see MS ever naming the OS Windows 13. Recently my wife had to go to the ER. Instead of the patients being in a room like our local hospital they were lined up in the hall way with the hospital gurney #s on the wall. She was in gurney #12. Behind her was gurney #11 and in front of her was gurney #14. They skipped using #13.

Edit: I have heard that skyscrapers taller than 12 floors will skip the number 13 but didn't know for sure so I looked it up. This is what what I found.
