Just getting my 5 eggs in, IMO it's all getting a bit silly with win 12 with AI and win 11 is getting more and more like win10 visually, all the things that were not going to happen in 11 but were in 10 are gradually creeping back. I also think there are too many
Will the average home user want AI, I think not
Will companies and bossiness want AI, I think not
So who will wany AI? I think it will be just the keen people like us who like fiddling a round, and we are about the smallest group of users there are.

I feel like AI will evolve to full fledge personal assistants, equivalent to the human ones that rich people hire to manage all their affairs. Tell it you want a new computer, and it would set aside money in your budget, analyse the pros and cons of various models and options tailored to your needs and tastes, order one at the best price possible and have it set up for you.
