Windows 12 unresponsive

I'm getting a weird issue where my Windows 12 install refuses to respond to any inputs from any keyboard or mouse. It's stuck playing on loop a video I don't recall launching. I can't pause or close the video and the computer refuses to shut off. I've tried the start menu, ctrl-alt-delete, pressing and holding the power button, flicking the rocker switch on the psu, unplugging the power cable, and disconnecting the video cable and power cable from the monitor which doesn't stop it either. Are there any suggestions for getting Windows 12 to respond again? I really don't want the video playing anymore as it's some uncomfortable personal stuff.
